MELTApp is specially made for language teachers and aims to blend mindfulness into language teaching in a clear and practical way. It offers sample exercises, fundamental facts about mindfulness, materials to help make lessons more effective, and so forth. We encourage language teachers to use MELTApp to improve their teaching and the learning atmosphere.
